Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the uninstalled shaft in its original protective sleeve and secure it within a shipping tube to prevent any structural damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring all previous barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the shaft has not been cut, gripped, or tipped, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
