What is your return policy on installed shafts?
Custom-cut or installed shafts are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Uncut, 'pull-offout' shafts in original condition can be returned within 30 days.
How long does shipping take for custom builds?
Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom builds involving adapter installation and regripping typically require 3-5 business days for assembly and curing before shipment.
Are your shafts covered by a manufacturer warranty?

Can I choose a specific grip for my new shaft?
